*** The Lion King Mod v1.7 for Minecraft 1.4.2 ***

=== Installation ===

First, you must have installed Minecraft Forge for Minecraft 1.4.2.
This can be downloaded at http://minecraftforge.net/forum/index.php/topic,5.0.html

Next, open the folder named jar, and place everything inside it into the minecraft.jar.
Do not copy the actual jar folder, just its contents. Remember to delete META-INF.

If you've done that correctly, the mod should now be ready to play! Have fun!

=== Help ===

Basic instructions on how to get started with this mod, how to begin the quests and more can be found at:

=== Block / Item Conflicts ===

If you have an ID conflict and need to change one or more IDs, navigate to your .minecraft folder, open the config folder, and open the file named LionKing.cfg.

Block IDs are listed in the Block section, and Item IDs in the Item section, in alphabetical order. The General section contains Entity, Dimension, Biome and Enchantment IDs, in case another mod is conflicting with any of those. There are also a few other configurable options listed in the General section, such as the minimum distance between generated ticket booths.

Warning: Change the IDs only when first installing the mod. If you decide to change the IDs when you already have a Lion King world, the blocks and items which have been changed will disappear ingame. Changing other kinds of IDs may cause problems or even crashes.

== A note on MultiMC ==

If you use MultiMC for your mods, certain steps must be taken to ensure that MultiMC does not delete this mod from the jar (as this mod must be installed into the jar and not the mods folder like most mods - hopefully one day this will be solved).

1. Extract the 'jar' folder inside the downloaded Lion King Mod to your desktop
2. Open the extracted folder and select everything inside it
3. Right click the selected items, click 'add to archive', and select 'ZIP' instead of 'RAR'
4. Drag and drop the newly created zip into the 'Minecraft Jar' section of 'Edit Mods' in MultiMC

This should stop MultiMC deleting the mod.
